After you sign up, you'll receive a link to your Affiliate Dashboard. Your dashboard has all the information you'll need, including a "Customer Link", which is just a URL that you provide to your potential customers.

When you register you'll provide your PayPal or Venmo account information. We'll issue referral payouts directly to your PayPal or Venmo account.

We calculate and issue payments twice a month. For referral orders placed between the 1st and 15th of the month, payout is on the 20th of the same month. For referral orders placed between the 16th and the end of the month, payout is on the 5th of the following month.

Sure! Your affiliate dashboard includes a "Team Building Link". Whoever signs up using that link is now part of your team.

You'll get paid 5% for the sales of made by any affiliate you refer, and 2% of anyone they refer. Please note that in order to qualify for these team sales bonuses, you must yourself be an active seller, achieving $100 or more in sales in that same month.

TB Cosmetics is not an MLM, but we do allow each person to have their own team! What’s the difference? In MLMs there are complex structures called compensation plans, or comp plans, that pay salespeople for recruiting, not only for sales commissions.  They also pay commissions for unlimited levels of people through bonus systems. They have many names, like legacy bonus, infinity pay, and group pay. It’s those never-ending bonus levels that are the hallmark of an MLM, and why MLMs so easily become pyramid schemes. It is not uncommon for the highest earners in an MLM to have no sales of their own.

We don’t do that. We only pay commissions for real sales, never for recruitment or starter kits. And there is no monthly fee. No recruitment pressure + no monthly requirements = no MLM ickiness.

Yes. We provide each affiliate their own discount coupon code, which you can provide to customers instead of a Customer Link. Any sales made using this referral coupon code will reflect as referral sales.

Note that when a referral coupon code is used by a customer, the Affiliate who received credit for the sale receives a 20% commission, instead of the base 25% commission.

Wholesale discounts off retail prices:

• $500 to $999: 30% discount
• $1,000 to $2,999: 35%
• $3,000 and above: 40%
  

While the base referral payout is 25%, you can earn 30% on monthly referral sales on $1,000 to $2,999. Any any sales over $3,000 in a given month will result in 35% referral pay!

Note: any bonus payouts are made on the 5th of the following month.

That's fine, you can earn a referral payout on sales you make to yourself. Just make sure to use the same Customer Link you'd provide to prospective customers. But of course, we hope you'll love the products enough to want to share them with your friends and the world!

We provide you with your very own Customer Link (or coupon). Whenever anyone clicks on that link and subsequently makes a purchase from our site, our system will track that purchase and how much referral commission you've earned. We provide you with a dashboard that you can always access to learn about how your referral sales are doing.
